- Do you deliver the same day in Cluj-Napoca?
- Yes, for orders placed by 16:00 (Mon–Fri) or 14:00 (Saturday). There is no same-day delivery on Sunday. Delivery is 25 RON in Cluj-Napoca.
- Can I send flowers to someone else?
- Yes. Mark that the recipient is someone else, add their name, phone, and address, and write the card message.
- How do I pay?
- By card, online, through Stripe.
- What if a flower in the photo is not available today?
- We substitute a variety of the same value and palette. If the change is large, we call you first.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- Yes, until we start tying the bouquet. After the flowers are cut, cancellation is no longer possible. Write to us as soon as you can.
- Do you issue an invoice?
- Yes. Fill in the billing details at checkout. We email the invoice.
