1. Who operates the shop
The Cluj Flowers online shop (clujflowers.com) is operated by ATELIER VIVAFLOR S.R.L., CUI 45642590, Trade Register J12/778/2022 (EUID ROONRC.J12/778/2022). Registered office: Str. Oltului nr. 38, bl. U1, sc. 2, et. 2, ap. 16, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj county, 400600, Romania. Working point: Aleea Padin nr. 25, Cluj-Napoca, 400565, Romania. The company is not a VAT payer.
Cluj Flowers contact: [email protected], phone +40 755 198 827. Orders, delivery, and correspondence go through clujflowers.com. The atelier at Strada Izei, Cluj-Napoca, 400138 is a workspace only: it is not open to the public, there are no walk-in sales, and order pickup is not offered.
2. Scope
These terms cover the sale of flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and related products through clujflowers.com to consumers, mainly with delivery in Cluj-Napoca and nearby towns, as shown at checkout.
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, that the details you give are accurate, and that you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the returns policy.
3. Products and availability
Flowers are natural, perishable goods. Photos on the site are indicative. Shape, colour, and variety can change with the season and the day’s stock.
If a variety in the order is unavailable, we replace it with one of similar value and palette. If the change is significant, we contact you before delivery.
The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email, after payment is authorised.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in lei (RON). The company is not a VAT payer; prices do not include VAT. Delivery, including any surcharges, is shown before payment.
Payment is online by card through Stripe only. We do not accept cash on delivery, cash, or payment on arrival.
Card details are processed by Stripe. Cluj Flowers does not store the full card number.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery is in Cluj-Napoca for 400xxx postcodes. The standard fee is the amount shown at checkout.
Addresses outside Cluj-Napoca, including Florești, Apahida, and Baciu, add 50 RON.
Express delivery (within 90 minutes) adds 100 RON and is available only in Cluj-Napoca, subject to open slots.
You choose a date and a time window. We do not guarantee an exact minute. If the recipient cannot be found, we follow the order notes and contact you. Full details are on the Delivery page.
6. Right of withdrawal
Cut flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements can deteriorate or expire quickly. Under Romanian GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, art. 16(d), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to these perishable goods once the order has been prepared or delivered.
You may cancel or change an order until we start preparing the bouquet. After the flowers are cut and the arrangement is made, cancellation is no longer possible. Write as soon as you can to [email protected].

7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to [email protected]. We reply within the legal time limit.
You may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro. You may also use SAL (alternative dispute resolution) and the EU ODR / SOL online dispute-resolution platform.
Romanian law applies. Unresolved disputes are for the courts in Cluj-Napoca, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, an unreachable recipient, force majeure, or publicly announced traffic restrictions, except as required by law.
Our liability for an order is limited to its value, to the extent consumer-protection law allows.
9. Intellectual property
Content on clujflowers.com (text, photos, brand, design) belongs to the operator or its partners. It may not be copied or reused without written consent.
