1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored in the browser. Cluj Flowers uses them so the shop works: cart, session, sign-in, and payment.

The company does not publish a separate cookie policy on the source site; this page describes what clujflowers.com uses.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

Session and cart cookies, so we can keep the products you chose and complete the order.

Authentication cookies, if you have an account.

Stripe cookies at the payment step, required to authorise the card (including 3-D Secure). Without them you cannot pay online.

3. Analytics and advertising

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not use marketing-analytics tools without consent. If we add such tools, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for consent.

For traffic statistics we use Umami, self-hosted by us, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data. In your browser we keep only the date of your first visit (localStorage) and the entry page of the current session (sessionStorage), with no identifier, to see in aggregate which pages lead to orders.

4. How to control them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the shop cannot keep the cart or take payment.
